The 90 Day Body has been successful worldwide and was first only given to Professional Athletes as they were my main clients for competition preparation.  I wanted to guide them but never restrict them too much as other women were starving themselves to compete but never ended up looking great on stage.  My clients always looked great, healthy and always won or placed top 5.  I know others were so restricted but my clients had over 100 different foods to choose from and still lost fat! 

Determine your goal, define your why

It's great to start this journey but have you determined your goal?  What is your goal?  Where do you see yourself and how will you look?  Can you envisage this?  Do you think about it everyday?  More importantly, define your WHY?  There must be a "why" and it must be your "why" - Define it.  When you are asked "why?" you are doing this, you can say "because I want to be better, fitter, stronger and live longer!"  It must be a why that you want more than anything.

The power of progress whether it be photos, measurements or what you see staring back at you in the mirror, progress is power, especially when you can see it.  I give you instructions on what to do and when to send your images.  Don't worry, confidentiality is so important to me and so is your privacy.  I will never use your images unless you agree that you want the world to see your transformation.  

Gut health & why it's everything!

We must focus on gut health to assist our body in reaching goals.  Especially our mental health.  When we feel mentally strong, we can achieve so much right?  So it makes complete sense to me that we need to fix our gut health first.
