How nutrition really works. No fads, just the latest research and evidence-based information. I also teach you paleo principles, intermittent fasting, carb-cycling and much more. My podcasts will walk you through all of the modules and it makes it easy to learn as you listen. I give you great examples of how to design programs that suit you and your goals.
