Health means so many things, what you think, how you talk to yourself, how you eat, how you live, how you love and how you move.
I want to share all of the things I have learned over the last decade, actually, its almost 19 years since I was the first Australian Covergirl for Oxygen Women's Fitness Magazine.
I have been an Emergency Medic for 15 years and put together with my health and wellness knowledge from competing in numerous competitions, I have learned what works, what doesn't and how you stay on top of your health and wellness for life.
